For those students who are in fifth, sixth and seventh grade, Hogwarts is allowing you to get some work experience where you take Thrusdays off and go to work instead of school.
you get paid for this job part time working and if your employer likes your work then you may get a permanite job there in after schooling hours depending on where it is your working at.

How often are you willing to work: As often as I have time, 20-30 hr weeks
why you would like to work there: Olivander was the one who was brave enough to ask her father for one of her mother's fangs for a wand for his daughter. Sita feels she owes him but has also always been fascinated with how wands were made, she hopes to follow in Olivanders foot steps.
