Alright, this adorable little thing is Fi! Or Fiona Yukimura. She is from Kyoto, Japan, but attends Hogwarts (unlike her sister Mina). She is half-Croatian (explaining the name) and personifies innocence. Literally. Now becaue of this...I has a plot...if anyone is willing...
