At last/ Ruckia and Cooper

[Krutika Gehi]

"Krutika, mind your handwriting, no one will be able to understand it," Ronit commented as he glanced away from his book into the quick messy essay Krutika was completing.

Krutika stopped writing, frowned at Ronit, and slowed down her speed of writing.

"Thats better," Ronit chuckled. Arrival of Simpal and Ruckia had done this good for Krutika. When Simpal was born, in order to give less trouble to Ronit, Krutika had started doing her homework herself without him having to remind it to her every half an hour. And now since she daily spent a good time every evening in the Shrieking Shack with Ruckia, she tried to complete her homework quickly so that she could quickly go to the Shack and play with Ruckia.

"Done!" Krutika announced putting her quill down and rolling the parchment, thrusting it into her bag. "I am going to see Ruckia," she told Ronit putting the strap of bag on her shoulder and running outside towards the Shack.

It was the familiar path to the Whomping willow and then into the Shtieking shack. "Ruckia!" she called as she entered. The shack having no entrance door, she usually had to announce her arrival.

Cooper having taken on the child full time was struggling to keep his tempure with the child some days or nights but slowly Ruckia was learning his boundaries and right now Cooper was trying to teach the child on his healing abilities which unforunately it dosn't seem he had inherited much from his mother."No Ruckia you have to put more effort into it then that." he said irritated having repeated this several times within their already rather short sesstion.

Ruckia was bent over a wound on a birds wing he was gripping it in his tiny hands looking down at it confused, he knew he had to help it and he had to heal it but he wasn't sure how to exactly it was hard and Coopers frustration at him wasn't helping. He sulked and looked at the grey bird it looked like it was in pain and Ruckia didn't like this at all."You do it?" he said holding to animal by the wing towards Cooper not knowing he was hurting the animal more by hlding it like so.

Cooper scolded knowing eactly what Ruckia was doing,"Ruckia don't hold the bird like that." he said placing it correcty back into the childs hand."and this is you time to learn,just focus on healing rthe bird." he said a bit more patiently.

the annoucel of Krutika in the house ment the bird was going to be needed to heal quickly and Ruckia always wanting Krutika to be impressed by him thought about it and focused on the bird a scouce of white light cam,e from his hands and the bird was healed. truggling to cup his hands closed around the bird he got up on his tiny feet and walked up the stairs."Krutika look look whjat i did!" he announced loudly.

Krutika had arrived in time to see the white light coming out of Ruckia's hand and healing the wound on the grey bird. She beamed at Ruckia. "You helped the bird, Ruckia, you made it alright again," she said her eyes shining proudly, "My little healer," she said proudly hugging the child.

Coper scolded knowing what Ruckia had done,"if thats what it takes for you to focus and learn properly then i'll make sure Krutika can only see you after you learn properly what you have to do." he said irritated as he stold up his leg was cramping up again."your turn for baby sitting dutie i'm going to sleep." he said seriously brushing past the breather with his stick in his hand limping as he walked, he had hoped this was over but every now and again it hurt and it felt weird to walk without the limp anyways so he didn't mind for the cane so much.

"if thats what it takes for you to focus and learn properly then i'll make sure Krutika can only see you after you learn properly what you have to do."
Krutika frowned at him. "If you had appreciated him it would have made you a bit less grumpy wouldn't it?" she snapped.

"your turn for baby sitting dutie i'm going to sleep."
"Yes, please!" she said frowning still.

Cooper snorted,"the kid needs to learn to listen." he said as he headed off to his most welcomed coffin upstairs,

Ruckia grinned as he looked at Krutika glad to be with her,"what are we playing today?" he asked her excitedly.

"And you need the same to, and also learn to smile," Krutika pointed out frowning before she t urned to Ruckia, smiling at him.

"what are we playing today?"
Krutika thought about it. "Hide and seek," she said, "But we won't be leaving the house, ok?"

Ruckia made a face, he was never allowed to leave the house, he brightened up thinking of all the hiding places he could,"Ok i wanna hide and you count to xithish." he said it was number 20 in vampric he didn't know Krutika didn't understand it like he did.

"I should count to...??" Krutika asked him, confused having never heard the number before. What sort of counting at Cooper been teaching him, she wondered?

[Cooper Ruckia]

"I should count to...??"
"it means 100." Drop asked giggling as she walked into the house having watched as Ruckia ran past her she smiled amused patting the childs head as Ruckia speed past."How are you Krutika?" she asked adjusting Simpal in her arms smiling wide.

Krutika smiled wide surprised to see Drop in the shrieking shack and more to see her patting Ruckia's head and also having brought Simpal there. She wondered if Drop had changed her mind about allowign Simpal to play with Ruckia. "I am great, as usual," she grinned, "What are you doing here? Where is Ron?" she asked curiously looking around as Ronit was usually with Drop when he was not studying. (Shall I bring Ronit in the thread as well??)

Drop grinned,"I was bored at home." she admitted,"and this seems a reasoniable place for Simpal and me if Ruckia behaves." she said shrugging,"and i beleive Ronit is helping with the quittdage team back at the school." she said thoughtfully, she was never certain Ronit did tell her what she was doing and when but she knew he was busy in many places so she didn't bother keeping to much track as long as she is ok.
"what are you doing here?" she said not really needing a answer.

"I was bored at home." she admitted,"and this seems a reasoniable place for Simpal and me if Ruckia behaves." she said shrugging,"and i beleive Ronit is helping with the quittdage team back at the school."

"Ah I see," Krutika said, remembering Ronit had Quidditch practise. "And Ruckia always behave, he is such a sweet child." she added in favour of Ruckia as always.

"what are you doing here?"

"I came here to spend some time wiht Ruckia," she said, smiling, "Its good you brough simpal too. Both of them need other children to play with."

Drop made a face by squinting up her nose about Ruckia always behaving, she didn't really beleive this and she nodded about the hildren playing,"yes well this is true." she admitted looking at her child with interest and smiled as she put her down to crawl around like Drop knew she wanted to.

Krutika smiled. "Ruckia, Simpal is here, would you like to see her? Maybe we can play hide and seek a bit later?" she called as she watched Simpal crawling around. She smiled at Drop, "Oh and Grumpy is asleep.. you don't want to talk with him now do you?" she said remembering probably Drop was hoping to see him?
