Giovanni and Giancarlo were attracting a lot of looks. That wasn't really surprising. They were attractive men and well they knew it. Is showed in their bearing. Not that they paid any of the on-lookers a moment's notice. They had more important things to worry about. "Damn! Damn! And Damn the Virgin Mary!" Giovanni watched his brother rage and shout his anger in their native tongue.
"This is causing quite the problem isn't it?" Giovanni asked already knowing very well the problem. Their sweet little cousin. They needed to quickly lay some ground rules before things were "blown out of proportion" as the saying went. "Allow me to speak with her when she arrives. I am sure that we can come to a...civilized conclusion my brother."
Giancarlo nodded his compliance. He had no problem letting his brother deal with such things. After all, Gio enjoyed it.

Izabelle didn't need to know exactly where to find her cousins. She just needed to follow the gaggle of women (and men) who were watching them from a distance. Izabelle sighed and manuevered through them until she reached the no-man's land that stood between the gagglers and her twin cousins. "Giovanni! Giancarlo! What did you want to see me for?" She asked walking over to greet the two young men.

The brothers stood up to greet their cousin and hugged her, giving her a rushed kiss on both cheeks like every family member did. "You look radiant as always cousin. I trust that your vampiro lover is doing well by you. Come sit, we have something to discuss." Giovanni held out a seat for Izabelle and waited until she sat before taking his own.

Izabelle's face turned bright red when Giovanni insisted on calling Jacob her lover. It was bad enough that they already knew he was a vampire, but it was even worse that they thought he was her lover. She was a virgin after all! "Hey Gio, Gian. You're still short and sweet Giovanni. Though I know very well you can beat around the bush than Uncle Pietro." She said taking the offered seat. "What do we need to discuss?"

Giovanni sighed. "To the point cousin, we must know where your loyalty lies. We know well that you have a good heart. This is not a bad thing and we would never dare criticize you for it. However, we believe that you must be reminded that as a Soldati, as such, your loyalty is first to the family...even if you don't agree with our methods."[/color]

Izabelle's eyes narrowed at Giovanni. "You may have been put in charge of this family by the elders, but that does not give you the right to question me," she growled. Righteous indignation or outright fury were to very good descriptions of how she felt. "I have never been anything but loyal to the Soldati Clan. I have kept your secrets Giovanni and I will continue to do so, but never ask me a question like that again!"

Giancarlo chuckled transforming his face. He was a handsome man, but he was downright stunning when he smiled. "I apologize for Gio cousin. He is taking his new role rather too seriously. He meant no offense. He just wishes to see the Soldati Clan united as we all do."

Izabelle sighed. "I know Gian, but I would much rather the apology come from Gio," she said turning her eyes to her other cousin pointedly. Currently Giovanni was the one smiling, but now the action was reversed. It would throw anyone but her. SHe knew them too well.
