"Cooliue get back here!" Shadow hissed as his two year old child was tyring to run up into the castle heading for her mother inside of the building, Shadow was trying to keep a eye on both of the twin toddlers, one boy and one girl. not identical, there little boy calob had the same jet black hair alike himself and a pale skin a rare smile but he was still a ahppy boy, but very queit compared to his sister. Collet who was a chatter boy jumpy and got herself into trouble whenever she could. a child only on the earth to drive him crazy, that was one way to think about it. the little girl had shoulder length hair that curled at the bottom the same brownish blonde colour as her mother Eternity Cooper.
Shadow had sat Caleb down to sit silently on a sheet where he could pull grass from the ground as play in the dirt as he pleased. while Collet had spotted the giant moving tree which Shadow had been careful to keep her away from."Collet please sit back down." he ordered pointing to the sheet to the ground. the little girl pulled a face and shifted back dragging her feet looking as if she was going t start crying over being told to sit back on the creamy coloured sheeting. "i anna pet the tree." she child complained and Shadow shook his head firmly,"wait till your mum comes, ehre eat this nthe mean time." he grabbed a sprinkled covered bisket to handed it to her. the child stared at her with greedy eyes and snatched it from Shadows hand.

John was moving among the school. He had a desire to get out of the dorm and just kind of move about, stretch his legs. His mind ached, the fact that a large Charm test would be coming up, meant lots of study. Considering many spells went array when he casted them, he had been practicing more, studying more. Anything to keep up with the class. John moved about aimlessly, his eyes directed to the clouds above. A storm was coming... Again. Damn spring weather. John didn't exactly like the rain. Anything cold really.
John only gazed at the clouds, hoping to glance into the future, but it was odd. He couldn't exactly... See?
John frowned. That was strange. John was the most powerful oracle of the centurary, able to call visions to him with such ease and grace, it barely took anything more then a dab. But for some odd reason...
John whirled the corner, and he felt something. Emptiness.
John stared. There were people there. By the whomping willow? Idiots.
John only stared at one in particular. That was strange. It was just empty space. John forced a vision from the person. But got none. Confusion rolled over John. Was he finally loosing his gifts? No. That wasn't it. he could hear the thoughts of the annoyed tree which so desperately wanted to wack or squash the tiny little girl who seemed to be now on a sugar rush.
The wind shifted. John was now down wind, blowing in the same general direction. John watched carefully, studying the perculiar man's reaction.

Eternity signed off for the night leaving her young assisstant in charge. She had no doubt that the girl could do it. And this way she could go home early and spend some time with her family. She smiled at the thought. It would be nice to be with them. She missed them when she had to work. And there was no doubt in her mind that they missed her too. That was what had her hurrying through the corridors so she could get out and apprarate home. Getting out onto the lawn though, she saw her children and Shadow near the Whomping Willow.
A strangled noise escaped her. Her babies! The panicked mother in her came out at the thought of them being anywhere near that damned tree. (Regardless of the fact that she had watched one of her own sisters toy wit it for hours on end). Eternity ran out across the lawn. "Ah, Shadow love..." she called as she approached them. "Children, tree." She said pointedly.

Shadow took no notice of the boy sitting several meter away the uneven land scape made him rather hidden behind large mounds of hilly green grassy areas, he didn't really care he looked down reading a book to his son quietly enjoying to peace to be outside as Collet was more interested in er bisket,"want another one!" hthe child demanded. Shadow frowned,"mummy will be here soon, she will say what you can eat." Shadow answered back, the child was tiny but she ate like she had a bottomless stumach at times. "Ah, Shadow love..." Shadow smiled to hear the calling of his dearest wife,"eternity?" he called back noting the tone she spoke to him and spoke back, it was a voice to show he loved her, but knew something was wrong and Shadow knew what she would complain about before she even said it.
"Children, tree." Shadow gave a goofy grin as she infersised the two words as if them together gave great deal to a lot of trouble and possiable miseries, Shadow shrugged calmly,"i have them under controll Eti, they will be fine...i rather like the tree. and the children so it seemed a person spot to me." he gave a grin standing up wlaking to Eti,"and i love you, os life is perfect." he said, his sliding around her women curves to her waiste. he held her closer and kissed his lips to her forehead,"don't worry so much." he grinned.

John frowned. Maybe he should just go. But it bothered him. He has never encounter something so peculiar as this. Someone that felt empty. Like, the person was there, but was nothing. What did that mean exactly? John struggled to come up with an answer. But couldn't. There was just so much he didn't know about his gift.
But when a woman appeared, John realized they had to be something. John recognized the woman to be the Librarian!
John had many encounters with the woman, very nice. These must be her children. John thought. But who was that man? The nothing-man?
John didn't want to exactly introduce himself. He felt, idiotic to do so, but then there was a vision. It came so hard and so quickly John gasped whirling as the world merged with it.
When things came too John was already stridding towards the man and woman. John moved quickly. Oh yes, this is a great way to make friends! His mind hissed. John didn't listen. But he looked for the first sign. A bird fluttered to the whomping willow.
"WATCH OUT!" John shouted just as the bird fluttered by the whomping willow. The tree was in no mood for games, it was seriously annoyed with the children, so when the bird flew near, the whomping willow decided to attack the bird, but missed drastically, instead one of the huge club like branches swung down towards the young boy.

Shadow blinked hearing the calling out his automatically turned to his children and flicked his wand with a wip the tree froze as he catsed a spell to prode a note in its roots freezing the tree. Calob looked up at the tree with a giggle watching it was interest. Shadow winced walking over and picking up his child craddling it a bit, he gave a nodd towards the student boy at the school who had called out a warning before looking at Eti with a innocent expresstion. "Ah, yeah if you want to move further away fare enough. But im sure we"ll be ok Eti" he said as if ignoring the face Calob had almost been flatterned by the tree

John whinced as he approached the tree. He placed a hand upon the trunk of the tree and whispered to it, "Don't be so crumpy. The girl isn't hurting you." John said to the tree gently, comfortingly. "What you were doing was wrong. You can't go about killing things." John muttered to the tree, "Do you understand?" John nodded slowly, took out his wand and cast a counter spell. The tree's branch reached out and John pet it gently, "There... Now be good. Not hurting anyone." John gave one last look towards the couple. "The tree won't do anything again, not until you leave and come back. I suggest you stay for as long as you like, but if you are to return to the tree.. Bind it."

Eternity nearly screamed, but manage to contain it to a squeak. It wasn't that she didn't trust Shadow. She didn't trust the tree. And no matter what anyone said, that wasn't changing any time soon. It had tried to attack her baby! Eternity let out a deep shuddering breath. "Thank you...John." She grasped and finally remembered the boy's name. "Love...I don't know how you do it." She said laughing breathlessly and hugging Shadow.

[quot;Thank you...John." Shadow frowned at the strange boy talking to the tree he walked to Eti holding Calob who didn't seem to fazed that he was almost crushed by a tree! Shadow smiled at his brave boy and frowned at Eti knowing the boys name. "A regular?" meaning a regular student to the libary? For some reason Clab thought it funny to slap the side of Shadows face as if to get attenntion,"heyhey" he grabbed Calobs hand,"no" he said eyes fixed to the child making his point clear.
"Love...I don't know how you do it." "Yeah me to sometimes" he said smiling a little at her stepping closer to kiss her cheek, she looked pale enough to faint. "Ma, want bickey!!!" Collet yelled impatiently wanting more biskets to get.

Eternity nodded in reply to her husband's question about John. "No Collette," Eternity said sternly to her daughter. "And you know better than to demand something." She turned to her husband shaking her head. "Are you spoiling them while I'm gone?" She asked trying to insert a teasing note in her voice.

"No Collette," , "And you know better than to demand something." "Are you spoiling them while I'm gone?" Shadow gave his most innocent seeming grin and nodded,"as usual." he said swaying a bit with his little boy, Collet dind't seme to like her mothers answer and struck out her lower lip to as far as it could and bent her head low and started crying right away as if that would earn her another bisket, Shadow watched the child and was tempted,"ah...Collet we have sandwiches and other food then junky Biskets." he said not liking the child crying, thats how spoilt they were if they cried Shadow was tempted to give them whatever they wanted. infront of Eti he knew better.

"You know, you'll never be able to protect her properly from boys when she becomes a teenager if you keep spoiling her," Eternity told him very matter-of-factly. It was probably a little low, but she hated being the disciplinarian.

"You know, you'll never be able to protect her properly from boys when she becomes a teenager if you keep spoiling her," Shadow laughed a bit,"i'll lock her away from all men other then me and Calob, sound good little man?" he asked to Calob who just griined at mummy drool coming from the corner of his mouth.

Eternity laughed. "Good luck with that darling. I don't think it will work out well for you or Lettie." The little girl brightened when she heard her pet name. "No more treats now pet. I don't want you to ruin your appetite."

"Good luck with that darling. I don't think it will work out well for you or Lettie.","No more treats now pet. I don't want you to ruin your appetite." Collet stared at mummy then at her daddy realising they weren't going to give her what she wanted so she went to the basket in which daddy had pulled out the bisket from. "Collet!" Shadow snapped eyes fixed at the girl who froze and pulled out a bisket with a devishly grin and put it in my mouth.
