For the first time, Demilia had become curious about the castle. She had heard the rumors about it, but never investigated. Now was the time, she couldn't sleep since she heard the students talking. Wand lighting the way, she drew her robe closer to her body, completly concealing her bed clothes.
The only sound she could hear were her own bare feet padding the cold stone floor of the fifth floor corridor. Now she was cold and tired and very confused. How was she supposed to get back to her bed and sleep before classes tomorrow? Sighing, she rested her body against the wall and tried hard to remember the way she came.

Veer stared at the watch and frowned, his eyes gradually coming to focus in the darkness. He could not believe it. It was already hours after students were allowed outside. Veer had fallen asleep in the library, a likely thing complete silence would do to him. He had been in a corner, so probably no one had noticed him either. He stood up, trying to find the shelf from which he had t aken the book from in the dark to place it back there. He did not dare use a wand in case any teacher saw the light and caught him for being out at late.
He walked outside, trying to find the way towards the staircase with the help of the moonlight drifting in through the windows. Just before he reached near the stairs, though, something caught him in the leg and he fell down with a crash, moments later a rather heavy suit of armour was on his back. "Oh help," he called out in panick.

A loud crash filled Demilia's ears. She got up off the wall quickly and ran towards the noise. "What the-?" she asked catching her breath when her eyes rested on the mess caused by the student under the armor. Kneeling down, she sighed. "First off are you okay?" she asked, holding out a hand to him.

Veer could hear the footsteps and he was somehow sure he was in trouble. Surely it was some teacher and they were going to accuse him of being out and late and put him in detention maybe.
"What the-?". "First off are you okay?" Veer took the hand gratefully. He still felt panicked about being caught but he needed to get help to stand up on his feet first, credit for which went to the heavy armour on his back. He stood up and realized he had hurted his back. "I.. er.. I am not sure..." he said, "Thank you, Professor... I mean sorry, I did not really mean to be out now.. It wasn't my fault," he said all at once, just as was his habit to do os.

With a wave of her wanhd, Demilia fixed the armor and looked the student in the eyes. She sighed. "What do you mean that it's not your fault?" she asked calmly, grateful that he was not hurt worse than he could have been. She looked at him with concerned eyes, not even angered at him.

"What do you mean that it's not your fault?" Veer was grateful the professor did not seem angry enough to put him through the detention without listening to what he had to say but he was still not very sure he was out of trouble yet. "I was in the library and I dozed off.. when I woke up it was dark and everyone has gone. I was trying to find my way back to the common room but it was so dark and then I tripped on this silly armour."
