Pofessor John Haacke strolled to his classroom and unlocked the door. He avoided the lights that were on, exstinguishing them as he walked towards his desk. He threw his bag down and took a seat on top of his desk. John was well dressed, with a royal blue dress shirt, silver tie, and black slacks, but he was not put together on the inside. He was heavily hung over from the night before, smelled slightly like stale beer and cheap cologne, and he had no lesson plan for the class that was scheduled to start soon. John took the class' book from his bag, and randomly flipped it open. Chapter 14 was labeled on the top, good enough. He would have his kids read it, that way they couldn't distrub his headache. John held his head in his hands, and stared at the door, waiting for his class.

Ruby strolled through the door a hand holding one corner of her robe her elegant neck held a bit high as she entered the room, her blue eyes seemed gental and kid but really Ruby was a ferious person. Unlike Leona, she took a seat to the left of the room close to a window but she closed the window on one side so if the window blew it wouldn't push away her paper as she took out equipement needed for todays lesson, her eyes focused only to her task. She was use to ignoring people but knowing they were there and possiably watching her.
Finally Ruby lifted her eyes to the man at the front of the class room her lips pursed together as she rested her chin on the back of her hand studying him in silence.
"Look how popular your cass is, all the students rushing in to learn." she said jesturing to the door where no one entered since herself.

John had kept his head down as he heard the door open and the shuffling of feet. The screeching of a chair moving, and the creaking the old window made, just made his head ache even more. He definitely should have stopped drinking before the yesterday turned today.
"Look how popular your cass is, all the students rushing in to learn."
Professor Haacke moved his bloodshot eyes towards the student that entered. He had a optimistic view of teaching when he first started but students like this, and the alcohol had pretty much sucked that out of him.
"Thanks, Miss Zenatti. But, all the others probably turned around when they saw you coming to class today." John added with a big smile.

Ruby smiled looked at the man she could reconize those signs out of any msan, he's a acholic or at leaste he has been dirnking recently. after years of doing whats he does, it dind't suprsie Ruby one bit. "Your welcome, and what a flattering gesture I'll take it as a compliment." she replied smiling. Her eyes flicked to the door to see some other studnets walk in and take place befgore sititng, she turned her head back pretending nott o take note of any of them.

Damn, not snappy response Haacke had wanted back. As he saw students start filing in to his class room, he glanced down at the page he had bookmarked, and decided against having the class read it. Miss Zenatti had woken him up a bit, the hang over still there, but that hadn't stopped him before. Now, though he didn't have a lesson plan, so John was gonna do we he did best. Improvise.
"Uh, you guys can take out a notebook, or whatever you want. I don't really know what I'm going to do today," he admitted. "But hey, I'm still getting paid."

Ruby raised a eye brow as students mumbled gladly to each other hat they were glad and tlaked to each other playing with wands and stuff, she sighed and leant back in her seat."Would you still get paid if you lost yhour job over not doing your Job properly?" Ruby asked in a low voice when he was close enough to hear what she had to say. her bright blue eyes watched him carfully.q

There it happened. Professor had finally received a retort he could do something with. Would he still get paid? He certainly had no intentions of losing his teaching job, and going back to the Ministry. He gave a sarcastic smile and replied, "Well, I'm not going to be sacked, because, well, my job depends on how well you guys do on your end of term tests, and you don't want to bad on those, because you'll look bad. Plus, Miss Zenatti, if you looked around no one else has a problem with whats happening right now."

Ruby rested her chin on the back of her hand watching her eyes very clear to show she wasn't impressed with the presentation of what this guy gave off about himself,"Oh...and proof for the fact you showed up to work hung over also wont effect keeping your job? specially if you do this regularly." she added a smirk of a smile appeared across her face."or th fact some students, might feel uncomfortable with drunken teachers around." she said pretending as if him being drunk bothered her at all, the number of men she had pushed away with that same strentch of alchole and there own vomit was countless.

Whoah, she had brought John's old friend alcohol into this, there was no need for that. "Well, what I do on my own time is not the adminstration's business, and I have showed up for work, not drunk, well I think I'm not. Whatever. And since your so adament about learning how about a pop quiz." He really had no intention of grading them, just giving everyone a perfect score except the Zenatti girl.

Ruby raised a eye brow,"oh and im sure you have so many questions to quiz us about on all the lessons you have been teaching us on," she replied sarcasiticlly,"you have taught us nothing and so there will be a pop quizz on nothing, you can't quiz us on something yu havn't taught us...and if you did the qanswers would be wrong, our grades are down which you said just before effects yur job dind't you?" she answered smartly back.

Damn outwitted by a student, this was embarrassing. Of course he was not going to give his manhood up to the girl in front of him. "Fine, fine, no damn pop quiz." John replied. He raised his voice and added. "Well, since I'm such a teacher we're going to start back at the beginning, everyone read chapter one of your text and give me a summary of it for next class."
He walked over to the Zenatti girl, "Detention, with me, tonight." This screwed up his plans of getting blackout drunk, but he was angry.

Ruby smirked and nodded,"very wel sir, mind if i bring a friend, Perrie didn't show up to class today my guess is he is wagging it." she knew that perrie wasn't wgagnig he just slpet in late and often didn't turn up for class because he slept. she would drag Perrie there with her, as if she planned on showing up to a room with a man who smelt of alchole alone.
