"Nope, that completely describes mine, but he was the one scared of the word love. It got awkward because I told him I loved him," Jade said, getting up and putting the display right. "I've been known to be somewhat of... what would you call it?" she paused for a second and tapped her finger against her chin. "A hopeless romantic?"

Brandi shrugged, "There's nothing wrong with being a romantic. It's just not for everyone. I have a bit of a hopeless romantic in me too. Only thing is, it didn't come out for him, it came out for a different guy." Brandi looked a little embarassed by this. She had always like the 'different guy' but then they had only ever been friends.

"No matter how stone cold a person is, they all have a bit of a hopeless romantic in them. It's natural to wish for love and always look for it. People want the fairytale relationships whether they seem like or not," Jade explained. She clutched her hands together around her wand. "But people just don't get what they want."

Brandi glanced at her curiously. She knew what Jade said was the truth but the last part was interesting. Very interesting. "You really think that people never get what they want?" Brandi knew this was true for some, financally or they just never got the luck or the guts to go for what they wanted. She had never really had any of those issues. Money wasn't a shortage with her family, so luck seemed to always be on their side; or so it seemed. Confidence was also a neverending supply with Brandi; it had to be. She faced crowds that expected everything and more from her, and she loved it. Brandi glowed when it came to a crowd. Being the center of attention was always her love.
